Advanced math, statistics workshop SUST of beginning of

A four-day workshop on advanced mathematics and statistics to improve the quality of education of the faculty members began Shahjalal University of science and technology on Sunday.

SUST Vice-Chancellor, inaugurated with a request to the participants get the most from the workshop of Saleh Uddin.

The departments of mathematics and statistics of the University the program under the administration of higher education quality enhancement project for teachers in all disciplines organised, the organizers said.

Agriculture and mineral science faculty Dean Narayan Shaha, social science faculty Dean Sajedul Kaim, Jahangirnagar University math professor Satyajit Kumar Saha, SUST Statistical Department President Zakir Hossain and Associate Professor Mohammad Shahidul Islam, said at the opening session.
