A young girl is dead hanging in her home at Mohammadpur in the capital on Wednesday, after she had refused, a criminal accused person to marry.
A local Arbitration Panel asked to marry the girl on charge with an illicit relationship with him.
The deceased was Parvin Akter, 17, daughter of Mohammad Anwar Hossain, the Shailakupa in Jhenaidah.
Police said that they had found Parvin housing in the Mohammadpur hanging from the ceiling in a room of a house in the area of Nabinagar.
Mohammad Rafique MIA, a tea stall owner, said that the question was, to the arbitration of some local influential people carried out been submitted, after charged with a ' illegal ' relationship with Parvin Nazmul crime suspect on Tuesday morning and the Arbitration Panel asked her to marry him.
